Hi everyone,
I was trying to flash the kernel to the Leopard Board using the RidgeRun SDK, I got this error:
Verifying if kernel needs to be installed... Loading Kernel image... Uboot <= loady 0x82000000 Sending: kernel.uImage Ymodem sectors/kbytes sent: 21737/2717kRetry 0: Timeout on sector ACK Retry 0: Timeout on sector ACK
During this process I noticed that the LED 1 light was off.
After this I could not communicate the board so I reset it and put it in boot mode so I could reflash UBOOT and UBL.
Unfortunately I no longer get the "bootme" on the serial port, and the only thing I can see is that LED 1 is flashing.
Is there any way I can recover this board?
Thanks,
Piyush Agarwal
I am guessing the board is fried... the voltage regulator gets extremely hot and nothing boots anymore... I have only had the board for about 1-2 weeks, is there a warranty on this thing? It died while I was trying to flash the kernel on to it, power cable looks good, not sure what went wrong...
Hey Piyush,
I got the similar problem while transferring file system on NAND. Till now i was using NFS for the board filesystem but now i wanted to store filesystem on NAND of the board. Everything went right and in the end i got the message 'Restarting the system' and then nothing i got on my minicom serial terminal. I tried to reset the board but no communication on serial port. Even I am not able to get in to the uboot prompt.
I think you problem is also similar to this. Please inform me if you have find any solution on this. I have tried on different web pages but unfortunately couldnt get any solution.
