I am close to installing all the software but I am having a problem installing the kernel onto the leopard board. I am getting a kernel panic error, but it is not due to the problem discussed at http://elinux.org/RidgeRun_LeopardBoard_SDK_Hints#.27Kernel_panic.27_Unable_to_mount_root_fs_when_using_NFS because I am running the patch it says to run. The output is below:

Anyway to debug or fix the problem?
I have the same problem as above. Does anybody have any good ideas of how to resolve?
You have to set correctly bootargs variables on the target:
- "rootserver" - should be equal to your host IP address
- "ip" - this is target ip and it should be from the same subnet as like "rootserver"
After that you have to be sure that NFS server is running on your host and the file "/etc/exports" contains your shared directory with target file-system.
I just received my Leopardboard DM365 and am trying to build the EVAL SDK. I am getting the following error:

I downloaded/installed libpng-1.5.0 and I still get the same error. Any ideas of what stupid mistake I am making?
Thanks for the help!
I ran into the same issue today - the link to libpng-1.5.0.tar.gz must be bad.
I was able to solve the issue by simply downloading libpng-1.5.0.tar.gz from sourceforge and placing the uninstalled tarball in the ~/LeopardBoardDM365sdkEVAL2011Q2/downloads directory. When building, it found the tarball in the directory, extracted and installed it rather than going to look for it elsewhere.
Hope this helps!
