I have an video processing project
so i plan to buy lepordborad 365, but i need a camera module that having focus range less than 10 cm because i need to take image of
a target which is at a distance 10cm or less from the camera. does the ordinary camera satisfy the requirement?

In fact, those small camera module can't take 10cm range image, the normal focusing distance is around 60cm. Customized module is very expensive if it is only test purpose only. What you can do is to buy a camera board with packaged sensor such as LI-VM34LP or LI-5M03, which depends on what resolution you need, WVGA or 5M pixel. Then you can buy a near focusing lens from www.sunex.com.

Just confirmed that LI-5M03 or LI-VM34LP camera boards work on near focusing within 10cm, the current lens is adjustable.
is there any kind of auto-focusing lenses available, which can be focused from the processor
you can try to increase the distance between lens and camera sensor temporarily to decrease focus distance.
