Are my wave of TX+ TX- on RJ45 port connected to ksz8001l correct?

This question is not answered

Hi,

My leopard board could not ping and tftp successfully even if i follow some advices to change in software. I check tx+ tx- rx+ rx- of RJ45 on leopard board. The result shows as below:

TX+ and TX-

RX+ and RX-

Are my wave of TX+ TX-,RX+ RX- on RJ45 port correct? My net chip is ksz8001l.Is ksz8001l bad or some parameters wrong for circuit? What should i tune for leopardboard?Any light?Thank you for any reply.

  • Hello Kevin,

Did you finally got the solution for your problem with the ethernet output?

I think I may have the same problem: My board can receive packets but output is not correctly put on the ethernet media.

I have tested with ethernet support in uboot and linux with same problems.

I have been debugging the hw driver and I successfully get the packets in the rx path. I can see the tx queue to be filled and consumed, tx pulse interrupt firing but no actual output.

Curiously, internal tx statics keep counting 0 tx packets but data is consumed from the tx queue and no error is shown in the mac registers or buffer descritptors. I think that there must be an issue with the board.

    Regards,
