I've wasted A LOT of time trying to activate the USB host side of the LB365, Ver 1.4, just to discover that the over-current protection chip U3 was not placed at all and the side of J1 jumper ( USB_VBUS) was totally left floating :-(( , is that an official decision from Designsomething and the future boards will miss this chip forever disabling the USB host capabilities or I was just unlucky and got a defective board ?
Also, is there ANYTHING else that have been removed from the schematic, I would really like to know before wasting any more time ?
I have the same trouble. Leopard Board v1.4, both usb host mode and OTG is ok in soft, but not working (no power). No U3 (TPS2041D) on board, just contacts. Is it ok? Can i add manualy this chip, or it not needed? Peoples, need help, need advice!!!
